Pre-Orders

Pondo is currently available for pre-order only.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not yet in stock and that delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Estimated shipping timelines may change as manufacturing, quality control, and fulfillment progress.

We are committed to transparency and will share regular updates via email regarding production status and expected shipping timelines.


Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or on our website are based on current production plans and logistics assumptions. These timelines may change due to factors outside of our control, including (but not limited to):

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier or fulfillment delays

Any material changes to estimated timelines will be communicated proactively via email.


Order Processing & Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier, and service selected. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pondo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other external factors once the package has been handed over for delivery.


Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, including in cases of returns, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Pondo is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.


Cancellations & Refunds (Pre-Orders)

Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before the order ships for a full refund, no questions asked.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the return process outlined below applies.


Returns

Once delivered, Pondo may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The device must be undamaged

  • All original components, accessories, and packaging must be included

  • The product must show no signs of misuse or tampering

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refunds at Pondo’s discretion.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.


Non-Returnable Items

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Products returned with missing components, visible damage, or signs of improper use may not be eligible for a refund.


Warranty

Pondo is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal and intended use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Full warranty terms will be provided with the product and made available on our website.


International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges and are non-refundable.
